Terms of Use and Purchase
Last updated: 6 November 2026
About these terms
These terms describe use of the CaribeEats consumer website and purchases made through it. The website is operated by Carb Solutions, at Brown Hill, Nevis, West Indies. Its parent company is Carb Solutions Inc., at 155th AVE NE, Redmond, WA, 98052. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Carb Solutions. Contact info@CaribeEats.com for help.
Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. This notice does not, by itself, provide consent for every use of personal information.
Services and participating providers
CaribeEats helps customers access participating businesses and service providers. Available services can include food and grocery orders, personal shopping, rides, package delivery, bill payments, mobile top-ups, and event tickets. Availability depends on the location, business, provider, and time.
Participating restaurants are responsible for preparing their food, including its quality, ingredients and safety. CaribeEats is responsible for pickup and delivery of restaurant orders.
Events are provided and hosted by the event organisers, not by CaribeEats. CaribeEats provides the booking and ticket-purchasing service. The organiser is responsible for putting on the event and its admission requirements.
The provider and available services vary by transaction. Review the business, organiser and service details shown before you purchase. These descriptions do not exclude any responsibility imposed by applicable law.
Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate contact details, delivery information, and any account or booking information needed for your purchase. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact support promptly if you believe your account or a payment has been used without permission.
Only use payment methods you are authorised to use. If you place an order or booking for another person, make sure you are authorised to provide their details and arrange the service.
You must be 18 or older to create a customer account or place an order or booking. Adults may purchase tickets for children, subject to the event’s admission requirements.
Orders, prices, and payment
Before submitting a purchase, review the selected business or service, items, quantities, currency, charges, destination, and contact details. Available payment methods can vary.
Keep your order or booking reference and any payment confirmation. If a payment appears unsuccessful or its status is unclear, check the order status or contact support before making a duplicate purchase.
Delivery, pickup, and service details
Provide an address or pickup location that the provider can identify, together with useful access instructions. Review any delivery or pickup conditions presented for the service.
For food or product questions, including ingredients and allergens, contact the relevant business before ordering. Do not rely on a delivery instruction alone to confirm that a business can meet a dietary requirement.
For bill payments and mobile top-ups, carefully check the provider, account or telephone number, amount, and currency. Once submitted, a transaction may be difficult to reverse. Contact support promptly if you identify an error.
Tickets and events
Check the event name, venue, date, time, ticket type, and any admission requirements before purchasing. Keep your booking reference and ticket information secure.
Ticket sales are final, except for cancelled events and refunds required by applicable law. Review any event-specific conditions before purchase. Contact us if an event is postponed or materially changed; your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Cancellations, refunds, and problems
Contact info@CaribeEats.com promptly if an order is missing, incorrect, damaged, duplicated, or otherwise not fulfilled as agreed. Include the order or booking reference and enough information to explain the problem. Do not send full card details.
Food orders: If you cancel before the order is accepted or confirmed, you are entitled to a full refund. This cancellation-refund window ends when the order is accepted or confirmed.
Shopping orders: If you cancel before our shopper completes checkout at the first grocery store or shop for your order, you are entitled to a full refund. This cancellation-refund window ends when that first checkout is completed.
Eligible food and shopping cancellation refunds are full refunds. Card payments are refunded to the payment method used for the purchase, subject to the payment provider’s and card issuer’s processing rules. These customer-cancellation rules do not remove rights or remedies required by law for goods or services that are not supplied as agreed.
Cancelled events: If an event is cancelled, your refund includes the ticket price and booking/service fees. We will promptly issue the refund through the payment method used for your purchase once the event organiser has supplied the funds for it. After we process the refund, the credit is expected to reach your account in 14–21 calendar days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Your refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
These cancellation refunds are exceptions to any general credit-only or final-sale wording. They do not limit other refunds or remedies required by applicable law.
Responsible use
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful purchases, unauthorised access, harassment, or interference with its operation. Do not submit information or content that you are not entitled to share.
Service problems and responsibility
Contact support if a technical problem prevents you from completing a purchase or accessing an order or ticket. Provide the reference and a description of what happened.
Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or remedy, or excludes responsibility, that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and changes
Send complaints to info@CaribeEats.com with the relevant order or booking reference. Any internal complaint process does not remove rights available through a regulator, court, or other applicable dispute process.
Updates will be published with a revised effective date. Revised terms will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law; they will not remove rights associated with purchases already made.
